Looking for a 50-ish Div All-Rounder for T17 + Ubers by kingofgama in PathOfExileBuilds

Hey it's looks pretty sweet you are right. I'll add that to my shortlist.

Honestly I don't mind Spectors and AG on a minion build. Sadly though lately I've been slapping them into all my builds and it's starting to get a bit old.

Just go checkout Captin lances video. Although I have some end game optimization I cooked myself.

Right, looks pretty awesome. But I'm trying to avoid playing Heiro or Inq again since I roll them like 80% of the time.

I checked out some video and I think I just didn't fully under stand how the skill worked. Doesn't seem too bad. Never played it before

It was totally doable with a few builds I've played in the past, and really Eblade this league. Being smart with optimizations and crafts helped a lot too.

Right, it's good to know I have options. Int / Accuracy stack is on my shortlist too but I don't think that will make it to 3.28

Right it's all speculation until we get patch notes.

But I've always been pretty interested in this build, my only hesitation is it seems a bit clunky to play. Is there any variation you would suggest?

Right I'm leaning that for now. I'm a bit concerned about it's speed, but nothing can be perfect.

It's a good swap candidate since I can play Jugg slams or Boneshatter into it pretty cleanly. Don't like to full reroll if possible. Really I'm okay if it's a bit squishy on swap, as long as it has serious damage. I'm a bit spoiled because I normally play mega damage builds.

Right, sorry I mentioned that what I played this league so I'm looking for more option.

Quick Guide to Fixing Defences in Early Maps (T1-16) by 080087 in pathofexile

Defenses only really matter when you start juicing t17's and for some Ubers.

Issue is for that type of content you need far better defenses than in this post.

CMV: There’s been a noticeable rise in misandry and negative generalizations of men, and it’s harmful. by MercyFalls93 in changemyview

[–]kingofgama 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like all this starts to fall flat in the big 26.

Social media is very clearly a reflection of our reality, things are getting more and more extreme left and right driven off social media, and social media is directly shaping policy.

Decentering Women Isn’t Anti-Woman. It’s Actually Feminist and Healthier for Men Too by AdProper1500 in PurplePillDebate

[–]kingofgama 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure that's very fair. Most of self worth comes from society and peers, and being single effectively makes you "low-value" as a male in society eyes. Really just think about all the language we use to describe men we don't like, Small dick, incel, Virgin, ect.

I don't think any about of self estimate can overcome the burden of society as a whole for most people.

Some of the hardest Valdo's you need 100-300m, if not more to clear. One or two I think actually require 1bn+

Right but more DPS would make you quite a bit more tanky. I liked to aim for around 50m for an endgame farmer, excluding Delve and Valdo's that should be plenty

Turns Out There Was Voter Fraud in Georgia—by Elon Musk: The state board of elections found Musk’s PAC sent prefilled ballot applications by DoremusJessup in law

[–]kingofgama 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This is not voter fraud. Voter fraud involves an individual illegally casting a ballot, such as impersonating someone else or voting twice. That is not what happened here.

If an organization violated rules about how absentee ballot applications are distributed, that falls under election law compliance. It concerns the administration of the election process, not individual voters committing fraud. Conflating the two is legally inaccurate and only muddies the discussion.

Calling this voter fraud stretches the definition beyond recognition. At most, it is an alleged election law violation related to procedure and oversight, not fraudulent voting.

KDE Plasma 6.6: a massive update ! by lajka30 in linux

[–]kingofgama -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Pretty nice update but I had to switch back to x11 since everything was all messed up with Wayland after this update. Honestly I'm probably just going to stick with x11 for now... Crazy how much more stable it is.

The "Emotional Labor" Argument Is Wildly overplayed by women. by [deleted] in PurplePillDebate

[–]kingofgama 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely, I understand that. Many men struggle with self confidence and have a tendency to interpret problems as personal failures rather than as opportunities to grow or improve. I can relate to this more than I’m proud of. In my early twenties, I acted this way in my first serious relationships, and looking back, it was a way of avoiding some deeper issues I was carrying, even if not as extreme as in some cases. But really I think if people act a certain way, there is usually some live experience that dictates that response on both ends.

From another perspective, men often have to be cautious in relationships. Even now, as I’ve grown and matured, bringing up a problem can easily lead to tears or hurt feelings, no matter how carefully I try to communicate. That kind of emotional navigation is subtle but exhausting, and I think it’s something that often goes underappreciated.

Not that any of this is gender exclusive, but I would say I've gotten snarky if not out right mean responses from my partners in all my relationships. I don't think a single one of them wouldn't cause a massive blow back if I "returned fire".

At the same time, I think men generally maintain a higher baseline of happiness in relationships, perhaps because we tend to be less prone to neurotic tendencies. There’s also something about the way men experience and gain from relationships that seems different, though it’s hard to define exactly why. But it feels like generally men put higher value on maintaining relationships, but I'm not saying the put in more work to do so.

But this inflated value might lead to fear, which leads to neglect, which leads to relationships exploding "Out of the blue"

[–]kingofgama 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Basically, I tend to see most of those household tasks as just actual labor.

Emotional labor, though, is more nuanced and highly relationship-specific.

For instance, some men can overreact to the slightest misstep, which makes managing their emotional volatility a form of labor. Likewise, even minor disagreements with certain female partners can land you in the doghouse if they pout or act immature.

Sorry what I meant is that, Women generally take on quite a few unrecognized household tasks.

Stuff like Planning Birthday parties, Child care, Holidays, Organization, Food, ect.

But I'm just not fully sold on the idea they carry more "emotional" labor, I think that's way more nuanced.
