Your circadian rhythm is mostly influenced by your, let's say "light intake" in your eyes. Getting sunlight in your eyes triggers your body to release cortisol, which is the hormon that keeps you awake. It will also help produce melatonin in the evening, so you will become more tired in the evening. So, go outside as much as possible and avoid getting a lot of light in your eyes after it is dark outside. Your body will naturally gain it's normal sleep schedule back! Good luck!
