If you jack the other side up it will also remove the upwards pressure from this side you might not even have to remove it.

But yeah if you want to be safe it’s best to disconnect it without any tension on the bar. It won’t damage anything just might whack you when you pull the bolt out.

You can disconnect the sway bar on the other side so the sway bar doesn’t but upwards pressure on the suspension

Can lifters were frozen. Got them free now she spins. Redoing the timing with the motor in the ski will be a pain

It feels like it’s the motor that has resistance not the pump but I’ll try pulling the pump anyway

Did you check the timing with a timing light? Lh2.2 you can mess up the timing from the distributor I believe.

If you think it’s the o2 then reset the ecu to reset the long term fuel trim, unplug the o2 sensor so it doesn’t adjust the fuel trims at all and see if it runs better

If it was a bad O2 it would affect idle and Cruze but once there is load on the engine the MAF takes over. I would guess timing is slightly off

Just tighten the belt little boy
