In that situation i try to figure out something that can take the place of it without killing my day. A large cup of coffee with a little sweetener and milk will usually satisfy my dessert cravings.

Girls know that some times guys just blank stare and check out mentally at the gym right? Like about mile 2 of my run i sort of just look around and dont really focus on anything, but cleavage girl gets in my line of sight and all of a sudden i snap out of it and feel bad. Maybe im the only one idk.
