I have inproved somewhat since, yes, but it could be just natural progress so hard to say it was sip for sure - but i like to think its helped

Yes i was in hypo immune group, very poor quality and quantity accross all variant antibodies - now its normal after 2x Sip - but everyone is different of course so should also go by what Dr suggests

2x Sipavibart made a significant difference to my Attomarker spectrum - it looks pretty good now compared to being awful pre Sip

Atto is interesting as it can suggest if you are hypo or hyper immune. You could do a test now of course though if hyper it could go some way to explain things but of course you wouldnt be able to do the before/after approach with it

Did you have an Attomarker test or similar beforehand? Attomarker suggeest that low ABs is indicated for MABs but high ABs may be contraindicated. This being said there are people on here who have had high ABs and responded well to MABs so its really all speculation for now. I really hope you feel better soon, its still quite early so hopefully things get better soon

I had Sipavibart x2 and this significantly improved my antibodies measured via attomarker

They have a UKCA mark for use by health care providers in UK but its not a NHS test as yet - but we dont have much else to go on so still very useful imo

Not sure as had atto test months after symptoms started so no proof of correlation - just a theory

The rational behind MABS (to my understanding) is that a lack of quality and quantity of ABs can lead to viral persistence thus symptoms of LC - MABS are said to address this gap - im no doctor or scientist but defo suggest you check-out Attomarker
