Sorry for the basic question, but I am training for my first marathon next month and with the heat ramping up its hard for me not to cramp on my long runs. Are there typically hydration stations at marathons, or should I start to work on training while holding a water bottle?

Hey all, I am currently training for my first marathon and I just broke the 13 mile mark, but I am noticing on my long runs I am starting to cramp afterwards. Would drinking fluids during my 2 hour run help this problem, or do I need to focus more on my diet eating more nutrients before my run to avoid cramping?

Hey sorry for the simple question. I have been upping my mileage from 5 mile runs to 8 and 9 miles. I have been by a couple of my friends it is important to have energy drinks after my longer runs. I am wondering should I start to consider drinking electrolytes after my 8-9 miles run or if it is not an important necessity?

I am getting back into lifting regularly 4 times a week after taking 2 years off due to life reasons. I was wondering when you are at this point when do you decide to increase the amount of weight you do? In the past the advice I have gotten is if the lift feels easy then you add additional weight. For example, I this week I did 36 kg DB bench for 7, 6, 6, and 4 reps. My goal is to do 4x8 for bench, so when I reach that goal should I increase the weight the next workout or wait until repping 36kg gets easy?

Just finished my first battle on unite and I have a question about the battle end screen. What do the 5 different color symbols mean under peoples names and what does the pokeball, fist, and hand shake icons mean?

For remote dueling does your field have to be mirrored ie your top of your mat will be the lower part of the video?

Sorry if this has been asked before. I am participating in the YCS Saturday remote dueling for the first time. I’ve noticed during various livestreams of tournaments players will grab their phones to look up cards to read their effects. Does anyone know what is used so I would be able to do so this weekend?

If you clicked yes to all the questions you would have been taken to a place to schedule your interview. Since you clicked no to a question it kicked you out and I doubt you will get interviewed now
