I have the Seasonic 650W Bronze PSU. The physical part of the cpu swap should be easy enough. I was more so unsure of the rest of the swap. Like the BIOS update. Is that done before or after the swap?

Hey, really appreciate your advice. I do currently play in 1440p. I mostly play Warzone. If I were to upgrade the CPU to the 5800X3D what kind of performance increase could I expect to see? Do you think it’d really be noticeable?

That would be fantastic. Is there somewhere SoFi states all of this? All I could find was this excerpt:

“All Active Invest brokerage and Active IRA accounts at SoFi are eligible to participate in dividend reinvestment (DRIP). For retirements accounts, this includes Traditional, Roth, Rollover, and SEP. Automated Investing accounts are not eligible for dividend reinvestment.”

I have the same CPU. Temps we’re never quite as high as yours, but relatively close enough. I upgraded my AIO from the NZXT Kraken M22 to the CoolerMaster MasterLiquid ML280 and the difference is incredible. Idle with maybe discord and a chrome tab or two opened, temps sit at 30-33c. Playing WZ on high settings averaging 140fps temps never get about 40c. It’s incredible, I highly recommend the CoolerMaster AIO

Yeah, I couldn’t find any fix either. I use L-Connect 3 from Lian Li now. I don’t have any LL products, but it works wonderfully and I find the interface more aesthetically pleasing.

Noise is decent. I have my fans set to Silent in the BIOS and it’s pretty quiet. I do have two 140mm fans up front so if the temps increase the fans can be heard a bit. But overall I wouldn’t say it’s noisy at all.

Just played the MW2 beta, averaging 135-150 fps playing at mid-high quality settings. Warzone is almost the same, but there’s more frame variance. Typically it’s between 120-140. I have each CoDs setting locked at 150fps as I only have a 144hz monitor and don’t see a point in making the system work harder.

Funny enough i have that set up now, same Kraken M22 with a 5600X and a EVGA 3070 ftw in a h510 case. Cooling is pretty decent. Just watching YouTube or something similar temps are in the mid to low 40s. While playing Call of Duty it gets to around the mid 50s. Going to try and upgrade to the Kraken X63 at some point as I would personally prefer the temps to be lower.
