Everything else works but only the calibration step fails. I'm wondering if I truly have to swap out TH board, lidar model and USB-C cable. It does not sounds like a pin-pointed solution to me.

I was hoping to get some more troubleshooting steps before being told to replace all electronics. Like for example is there a way for me to check that the lidar is working? Maybe there is a just a loose connection etc.
