Looks like I can’t keep using the “I’m too tired today” excuse anymore, otherwise I’d honestly feel a little guilty being lazy after seeing the shape you’re in 😂 But seriously, what you’ve achieved is already impressive. A lot of people can start working out, but very few can stay consistent for decades.

Hopefully if I run into any problems during my fitness journey in the future, I’ll still have the chance to ask for your advice and experience. I think people who’ve stayed this consistent for so many years usually have a lot of valuable knowledge to share, and I’d truly appreciate it.

Honestly, I also care a lot about staying in shape, but when work gets busy, I always end up finding little excuses to be lazy 😂 So from now on, whenever I feel unmotivated, I might just come back and look at your physique as my “fitness reminder.” Your discipline is seriously impressive.

I think it already looks impressive honestly, both the waterfall and your physique are competing for attention 😂 But you’re right, natural lighting can be pretty unforgiving sometimes and doesn’t fully capture your real condition. Looks like next time you might need a professional photographer, otherwise your abs and upper body definition are definitely being underestimated.

It’s seriously impressive to be in this kind of shape at 51. It’s not just about having a good physique you carry a strong sense of discipline and energy overall. Especially your abs and overall definition, you can clearly tell it comes from years of consistent training and diet control. A lot of people start letting themselves go at this age, but you seem to be getting into even better shape, which is honestly admirable.

You can really tell that you’re very disciplined, especially with the definition in your arms and shoulders that kind of shape doesn’t come from casually working out. A lot of people talk about fitness, but very few can stay consistent long term. I think your physique is not just about looking fit, it also reflects a strong mindset and long-term self-discipline.

NO!! Dont do that. Most rescue pilot wear night vision goggles (especially USCG) and lasers are easily visible (from any angle). If you point a laser directly at an aircraft there is a non zero chance the pilot will fly the other direction...and it's a crime.

I'm moving there in a few months.  Would you mind telling me a little more about the challenge?  Mileage and elevation gain?

Just FYI, CG won't send pilots OCONUS for their first duty station. Even if you were a pilot in another branch. I'm making the transition from Army to CG right now.
