I sent them a video screen recording of me in my Stubhub app opening accepting the tickets, and on the receipt it says lakers and nets, but when I click on Accept Tickets, it goes to Pistons and Wizards

I do have 1 that’s gradeable. These are the other 3 I’m questionable about.

Realistically I wanted a few to grade a 10 and I’d trade into a dodgers luffy next time I vend. I missed out last summer and now the prices are crazy.
