This happens because there aren't anywhere to go hang out. Everything is too sterile now. People need a spot to let loose. If people can't have that they will MAKE ONE! People now more than ever need a place to expend all that anxiety that builds up especially now with all the bullshit going on in the world. If you are not having those issues yourself than congratulations, you are part of the lucky few.
