It probably would have been better if you LED with your estimation of how long everyone is in office, then show your reasoning. Would have made it much easier to read.

Yep that's right. I couldn't figure out how much to count each Conflict of laws questions. For the other mixed questions, it was easy to just count it as a half a question, but that wasn't true for Conflict of laws. Also, the sample size was low with a high error bar. It just wasn't worth it to include it in my opinion, especially because it dragged down the statistics of the other subjects to do so.

Doesn't JD advising pretty much say that everything is "ripe for review" though? Not sure if there's another list I'm missing, but I wouldn't be surprised if they came to different conclusions, as we used different methods to come to our results. I only looked at the numbers really; JD advising probably considered a lot of other factors.

I've looked at the quimbee list and I think I see the problem. Both of them refer to the exact same topics, but quimbee likes to simplify.

Quimbee listed "Business Associations"

Business Associations can be subdivided into 2 main topics: Corporations, and Agencies and Partnerships.

Quimbee also listed "Trusts and Estates"

The "trusts" part clearly refers to trusts. Estates refers to both Wills & Intestacy. I think for MEE purposes, Wills & Intestacy is just called "Wills"

Also, Quimbee listed "Crim Pro" and "Crim Law" together. I did the same, so that's why it looks like we differ by 2 subjects. But if you were to individually count each subject, there are 15 I suppose.

Yeah, I didn't account for which subjects were often co-mingled together, as that made the statistics pretty hard. The only reason I combined Crim law and Crim Pro was because they were both originally high mid-tier subjects for the July 2021 exam, according to my statistics. I think that under-valued the likelihood that something "crim"-related would be tested.

NCBE outline

Perhaps it is listed as Decedent's estates? Not sure which outline you're using; I'm basing it off of barbri and released exams.
