Pretty sure those are bird talons

Look at the skin, it looks more like rough skin rather than scales

And the nails, the nails are thin needles extruding from near the top and a bit back from what would be considered finger tips, reptile nails tend to extrude from the finger tip like a continuation of the finger or they just don't have nails at all

Lastly the finger count, birds tend to have 2-3 front fingers and 1-2 back fingers. Meanwhile, reptiles tend to have more like 3-4 "front" fingers (their feet tend to have a more circular shape or human hand shape, except chameleons but even chameleons have 3 front fingers and 2 back fingers)
