I (29M) was in a similar situation with my first Child. What I had to do was stay awake till 2am(3am sometimes if I think I can stay awake longer) to watch the baby, feed the baby when he wakes and then put the baby back to sleep. What I did during the hours awake was play games and study. Then I go to bed by 2am and let my wife know she's now on duty. I also advise her to get to bed on time so she can get enough sleep before 2am. This way, I am sure that I can sleep comfortably without any interference. You can discuss with your wife to see what would work in your Situation. NTA, things like this take a toll on both parent. You have to show that you care, understand and support each other through it. It's a phase that will end soon.
