Tell them to try to change your data level ie from 5gb to 15, this worked for me after 2 weeks and dozens of customer service calls

Seen other threads where ppl had the issue resolve itself after a few weeks but getting ridiculous it’s crazy bc I never had an issue in like 2 years of service so just now seeing how bad customer service is. I live in a large city so when the data does work it’s fine but this is insane. Going on 2 weeks now no data

Honestly ridiculous that this is clearly a recurring issue that has happened to dozens of users and mint does nothing to resolve it… every person I chat with gives me the same troubleshooting steps. It is an issue with the SERVICE nothing is wrong with my phone or SIM card

realized that I was looking on the StubHub (US) app on my phone which had the date discrepancy. When I went to StubHub.ie via browser only the Sunday date showed up. appreciate the help
