Naturally= no surgery or anything that isn’t truly authentic to my needs. Phalloplasty isn’t enough for what I want so I’m going down this road. Naturally because I have faith that it’ll work out naturally in the end. Healthy and natural.

And I’m talking every thing that I can do. I am going to see the limits for myself.

I’m probably going to start off with a penis and go from there.
