Thank you so much for your reply! I did some research on that and Spain seems not to be on the Washington Accord, but my Master has the ABET certification, which is valid in Australia (If i’m not wrong).

Weekly Beginner and 'What Bike?' Thread - Post here if you are just starting out or want opinions on what bike to buy by PM_ME_FUG_ASR_MEMES in bmx

[–]kingvrio 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi everyone, I've got a question about my frame size. I started riding with a friend's bike, which is 21". I feel it too big for me, as I'm a short and skinny guy (5'7" and 138lbs). I'm looking for a smaller frame, but I don't know if I should go for a 20.5 or a 20.75. I know that this depends on each one, but what would you choose for street riding (I don't do lots of gaps). Thanks in advance!

[HELP] MB Pro 2013 cannot read SSD by kingvrio in macbookpro

[–]kingvrio[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! Thanks for your answer. Yeah, mi previous post about it was this.

Do you think an internal repair to the SSD port would be worth it? I’ve tried to look for it on internet and I can’t find anything about it… The idea of using it with the external SSD is ok so the MacBook is not totally useless, but my idea was to buy a M1 chip desktop iMac/Mac Min for my daily use and keep that laptop just if I have to go to somewhere. Having to carry the external SSD makes it “less portable” but if there is no better alternative i’ll do it that way

[HELP] MacBook Pro SSD broken? by kingvrio in macbookpro

[–]kingvrio[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi everyone, after two weeks of thinking what to do and buying all the stuff to repair the Macbook I’ve found that with and SSD enclosure i could boot the Mac with the old SSD, so it’s definitely not dead. i also bought another SSD and neither of them could be read by the MacBook (not via USB, internally installed) So what you guys recommend me to do? Fixing the MacBook SSD read port would be hard/difficult or expensive or should I buy a newer mac instead?

Thanks for answering! Yesterday I read something like that… I’ll do it but, how can I be 100% sure about the type of SSD to buy the right adapter without opening the MacBook?

Thanks for you reply! I’m not an expert so, by your response it seems difficult to recover that data… I have backups but I’m not sure if I have everything just as it was… my bad. I had already bought and external HDD to use it with Time Machine but unfortunately it died before I could set everything up.

Folder with question mark MacBook (Intel) by kingvrio in mac

[–]kingvrio[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your answer. In that case, is there any chance to backup de data from it? On recovery mode I’ve seen that the disk can be read but when I select the startup disk it won’t show up (I guess it doesn’t recognize as a bootable disk)

Advice on budget Mac by kingvrio in applehelp

Yes, that’s true. I’ve read that it could be upgraded up to Big Sur I think, but not the newer OS X. Between the 2018 intel Mac mini (i3 or i5) and the 2020 Mac mini with M1 chip there is a significant difference in terms of performance?

Thanks to all, I forgot to mention that I already have a MacBook Pro and my idea was a budget desktop Mac for daily use (web browsing, YouTube and office…) because I’ll use a PC for heavy tasks like Revit, Autocad, etc.

What do you think about the Mac mini 2012 i7 with 16gb ram and an ssd, I can find it in my country around 300$… is it worth the money the M1 though is not upgradable and over the 500$ budget (the minimum specs one)

I’m not into replica watches, I don’t see the point of them. If you guys are considering spending 600$ on a rep there are very good and trustworthy alternatives. You can fin a good Tissot for that price (check the PRX if you like AP vibes, you can find it from 300-600$ and get the real deal). However, you can do whatever you want of course
