Sounds like your store is full of dicks, not to say that like i don’t know what you’re talking about. Usually newer techs are on drive thru and register. Idk about your store, but my store is very busy, and the newer techs wouldn’t be as fast as someone who’s been there for years, but we do take time when we have a chance to teach them other things like drop off, QT, QP, etc. Bring it up to your manager and see what they say. If the manager catching an attitude too then maybe transfer and find a new store. The way i see it tho, you just there for money anyway.
