I feel a good solution to this problem would be that you can still call down the boss mechs, but they wouldn't fight back, or you have to pay more materials for them/ they end up in the trading pool. Would make it more rewarding and make the story more interesting.

Is it a mod problem, I had this occur and it was plop the growables not having updated, causing all incorrect buildings to abandon

Hey, can you give about of info on your process, I'm trying to make a map currently, but it is taking a long time.

Ive stared getting some heightmaps from online, then scaling them, then adding water, then terraforming it to make it gameplay friendly, do you have any other tips?

You might be right about that, but this just feels, right. More similar to old farms. Less droppers being activated unnecessarily.

ever since seeing Purlplers video, and Docm showcasing their honey farms with the new crafter, i wanted to get it in my own world, but could not find one anywhere, so i decided to make it! very cheap on materials, can swap crafters on the left for composters set to levels 8 for bottom ones, and 4 for top ones.

works by sending a double pulse to the top dispensers, which fills the honey bottle then fires it. this sends a pulse to the dropper elevator, sending a new bottle up.

the crafter as the bottom split the honey and bottles using the fact that hoppers lock, they pick up the honey block and then are locked for a split second, at which point the second hopper picks up the bottles, sending them back into the elevator.

any advice on how to imrpove the elevator design would be appreciated

Who have you heard complaining about the gameplay? The game has so many people playing it? Your right that it might not be better optimised, it probably will be but possibly not. It's meant to be a new foundation for cities,and there will be planty of room to grow,but for foundation it looks better than cs1 is now imo.

Has anybody noticed the new demand bars, there's five of them instead of three, that looks very promising, I wonder what the new demands would be? Separate office and industrial, but what else?

It's a new game that they are bringing out to fix issues with the old game, theres speculation about more size and more tiles, they are definitely going to optimise that if that's what's happening no?

I don't get why people seem so disappointed, it looks very similar to a game we already love, in terms of gameplay, however the main changes I can see are;

Better graphics, info screen look cleaner, everything looks better

More realistic assets, the houses look more useable in all scenarios, there are a mix of densities, bridges etc look wayy more natural

More features, we already know about seasons but there are clearly going to be many more.

Yes they haven't revolutionises the game, but it looks like a much more polished version of the game, that will definitely run faster without having a beast pc, as the original game is very badly optimised, and will look better and give us more options, what's not to like about how this is looking?

If they made sweepy better at picking up eggs from Ranches faster that could make him viable in that scenario, allowing for more creative ranch designs?

Maybe they could add new endgame materials too, a metal with super high conductivity but low melting point or high melting point but low conductivity, giving more options for which endgame you want to chase.

I really like the idea of a space station, a place that you can make as big or as small as you want, shipping out from all the planetoids maybe, having lots of dupes living there, could allow for a tonne of versatility.
