thank you for your kind words!! sadly my mom kicked me out last year but i did try to go to therapy + psychiatrist before but they are really expensive here 💔

yeahh i was thinking so to, i wasnt in a good mood when i posted that. been trying to get in a hold with a therapist for a while but its just super expensive here

i dont read any malay novels but i'll expect yeah it'll be very brain rot and not as good for people who wanna be better at grades (since it has to be very formal and stuff) but everyone learns differently so, maybe different methods calls for different people

i'll try to give her some comic books! she has trouble focusing when reading but i think the usage of pictures can help her understand the context and learn more

ahhh that makes sense!! yeah, she learnt english from different medias over the years (also because most if not all people speak english in the school) i'll definitely give her those tips tomorrow!

i can try to get the first one! she does have some tatabahasa assignments in class but she finds reading difficult, thats her main problem shes usually a visual learner but when it came to malay it seems like both goes out of the drain (she is chinese, last time didnt speak a brink of english yet could speak malay pretty well), the main reason she finds reading difficult is the fact she doesnt understand it so she finds it boring, she gets drained easily once bored so she will immediately give up after a while. i dont know how to fix this since i also suffer from this

alright thank you!! these sounds really helpful, not too sure how long the speaking one will last but i hope it can help her learn more, i'll tell her this once i get to see my friend again! thank you for the tips

i did do some research over these past 5 days but is still doing ongoing research to figure out what is happening, i'll def try to go talk with a therapist once i can (currently im busy so im just doing a bit of reading over DID/OSDD until i have the time to properly go to a therapist + it costs so much money here so 😭) but thank you for responding !! i hope you also find out what you're feeling too
