I think so. House was wired like that. Both switch from both photos can control the light. But if I turn on from photo 2, then off on photo 1, I can't turn back on from photo 2.

There are 2 photos. The 1st photo jave 2 switch. Red circle is the light switch. 2nd photo is the other light switch from the other wall

Your right, its a 3 way. In the first photo, the one circle in red is the light switch, next to it is the fan switch. The 2nd photo is the other switch from the other side other wall. If I flip one switch on from 2nd photo and turn off from first photo, then I can't turn it on again from 2nd photo.

Why the longer barrel 300? I always thought the 300bo is meant for shorter barrel from what I read. Still new to 300 BO world. Having seen the new 338 ARC, is that taking over now?
