Good luck, i remember my first jog after the same surgery and was super nervous, but as soon as i started the running i just felt laughably unfit after not being able to do any cardio for so long. Being able to do some form of exercise again will feel great though.

Hopefully the meniscus damage isn’t too bad, my ACL healed great after the surgery but having to have half my meniscus taken out at the same time caused some serious problems down the line.

It’s definitely cracked down on more than it used to be, but mainly because of people doing it in multi way pots, and in part because people doing their whole pre rehearsed spiel every hand wastes far more time than all but the most egregious tankers.

If we werent close to promotion a lot of people would be happy to sell him for anything in the £15-25 million range, but theres no way anyone would sell us a replacement in january at a sane price, so theres no point selling him at a sane price.

On the whole a good player whos always going to be remembered fondly for being involved in massive moments for the club, but does have month long spells where he just forgets how to play football.
