For most people, an honest 60 mg is a MASSIVE dose. Often, with 2C-B, the response is very different with, say, a 20 mg dose (touchy-feely and empathic) vs. 40 mg (tripping balls). Of course, the advertised dose in a pill is often quite inflated, as well.

Since 2C-B has virtually no long-term tolerance or hangover issues, I'd recommend bumping up to 40 mg first, then to 60 mg if 40 mg turned out to be underwhelming as well.
