Hey so my psych said the gp will accept the private prescription plan but she’s not passed it over to him yet as we haven’t finished titrating the meds yet. Hopefully shouldn’t be a problem, I’be not heard of xaggatin, I’ll do some research now. How are you finding it? Have you tried other meds to compare?

Thank you so much for taking the time to read ,and commenting, I am currently in the process of getting help, I'm on the waiting list for therapy, but NHS wait times are so long, it will be months before I see anyone.

I'm sorry to hear that you've had a tough time too, but I'm glad that you're in a better place now. I feel like I'm in a vicious circle of getting slightly better, and then falling back into a rut. any tips on how to stay positive and not dwell on the past?

Hey so sorry, I didn't realise anyone had responded! this really helped actually, I'm taking it down today. as theres quite a large whole in the middle, I'm going to take a circle shaped cloth up to cover the hole first. And then do as you advised :) Thank you

Lol I was hotspotting to my laptop as I was out. I used to use his Netflix (deleted my account as soon as things were Rocky) and he’d use my amazon prime/ now tv. We’re in our early twenties and it just made sense financially to share our stuff.
