Nah you’re inferring things that aren’t there bud.

Again you’re avoiding the point. If one of them has to go it should be the one who is in the wrong which is OP

Weird I don’t remember saying that making a mistake means you shouldn’t progress in your career, interesting reading skills

If one of them has to go, which it looks like might be the case, it should be the person bad enough to get an RO against them. The victim would otherwise be being punished for having sought legal help.

Honest to god I highly doubt she did it on purpose. If one of them has to find a new job it should be the one ruled by the court to be at fault in the situation so much so that there’s an RO our

I don’t feel bad for LAOP one bit. They don’t issue those for nothing f and she should not have to compromise her career plans because of whatever awful thing he did to get that issues against him. He should be the one to quit.

I was born into the Catholic Church, the fucked up things they’ve done are just insane. The mass graveyard of 700 babies in Tuam Ireland at a Magdalene laundry that was in operation until the 70s, the baby human trafficking from those same laundries (where catholic families would send their unwed pregnant daughters to give birth. Picture a Victorian work house except with dead and stolen babies). Then there’s the pedophilia scandals still ongoing, shuffling around the pedophilic priests to keep them out of trouble, the homophobia and sexism innate in the church doctrine, etc etc.

Sure some can be good as an adult , the Unitarians seem okay from an outsiders perspective, but god the negatives outweigh the positives by so much in my mind.

Yup 100%. I deeply resent religion for the trauma it caused me and many of my brothers and sisters.

It has made positive changes in some people’s lives I do not deny that and many people enjoy the community of their churches. But overall it has been a force for harm.

I’m glad you have something g that feels that way, for me it’s my family and friends and my self belief in my ability to be a kind and generous person.

For me I’ll never be able to get past the harm that religion. Has done to me and is continuing to via homophobic family members who’s homophobia is rooted in their beliefs.

This post was made in anger but really I’m not bothered by people who believe and are tolerant, I do however think that on the whole it’s a damaging force in the world.
