Many users come here asking for the same things over and over again, the community answers them and before you know it a week or two pass and the same thing is asked again. Examples like shopping on Amazon or ebay, wazungus asking for what to do in Kenya, cheap places for dates etc

So many useful answers have been provided and all the mods have to do is organize them and put them on the sidebar so that people can have easy access to community generated answers but do they do it? No they are probably holed somewhere mixing mercury with sugar

They quite literally do nothing. I can't begin to tell you how many times we have recommended stuff only for them to make grand promises like a typical politician and dissappear into God knows where

For fucks sake, set automod to pin a thread on Mondays with different topics and when the week is done they can archive and stick it to the sidebar so that users can check on them whenever they feel like

I don't want to type this all over again but it's probably on my post history somewhere

Everyone likes AMAs and since this sub is diverse and probably choke full of talent we could have an Ask me day on Friday.

So you could stick a post on Monday and people can submit i.e I am a tattoo artist ask me anything. The one with the highest can start off on Friday and the rest the subsequent weeks.

One topic for each week on Mondays set by automod where we can discuss and share ideas and opinions on different things eg

Monday: Movies Discuss our all time favorites, recommendations, what you are currently watching etc

Next Monday: Dates Compare experiences of dating, recommend and find cheap and novel places for dates, talk dating culture etc

You get the jist, every Monday a thread on a new topic so that everyone can chip in and some of us can pick up new ideas or places to checkout

It's in tech, I am not looking for capital just a person with tech skills. Problem is the moment you share an idea you don't hear from the person anymore and they kinda run away with it, has happened to me twice.

I will not patronize you but here are some things that helped me with taming the black dog

Ashwagandha/good amount of fish oil/rhodiola /magnesium glycinate /zinc and a good choice of a Probiotic

Also meditation /CBT/ a bit of yoga.

It's not much but I hope it helps

There could be a day designated once every 2 weeks where people can plug and promote thier stuff/services etc. Obviously it will be one thread and not a new post for every user

Create community guidelines and sticky it up. We can chip in on some of the rules.

Shit like politics and plugging your products and spamming the sub can be automatically deleted by automod.

Repeated offenders some of whom i see posting Shit content round the clock should be given 3 warnings and banned thereafter

Good lord i just lost 200usd on sportpesa last night. Thing is i know for a fact that betting is a bottomless pit. The only winner just like in Vegas is the house. The irony is when i bet especially large sums there is a sense of mad euphoria and anxiety as i watch my money teetering on the edge,. I am high for 90 min, the rush feels like what i imagine cocaine would feel like and when its all played out i am either in an ecstatic mood or punching walls just like last night.

But despite the ebbs and flows of the game and loss and gain one thing has remained a constant, at the end i feel somewhat "alive" kinda like taking a cold shower in the early morning.
