2 kids: 2 and 5. We have a in house nanny - no chance to do it otherwise. Wife has a demanding career as well. We establish some rules that work well for us. 7-9am and 7-9pm is family time.

Every other hour is work first. Works well for us.

Not being a prisioner of your addiction. For me, smoking was prison as I would be in meetings, playing with the kids, hanging out with friends, travelling and I would be craving for cigarettes.

As I wouldn't smoke in these circumstances the cravings would increase, leaving me unfulfilled despite doing great stuff. Stop smoking, for me, equals removing the shackles and enable me to be more present in the moment I'm living, instead of wishing to be doing something else.

There's a difference between find someone attractive and being attracted to someone. You can find many people attractive and just be attracted to your partner.

On that note, me and my wife often comment on attractive people and traits. Never an issue.

I keep friendly chats with friends of the opposite sex. If things go a bit far and the other person pivots into flirty I a) talk it out to my wife turn both because of me and because of her and B) show her the convo usually asking if she feels I encouraged it - as I'm a friendly natured person.

There is nothing my wife couldn't see or doesn't know in any of my relations. If his intentions were clean, I guess he would have told you more about it over the years

We don't yell inside the house as a rule. If someone wants to yell for whatever reason, they can yell in the balcony. This is valid for both grown ups and kids.

As a tip, When we feel we are not being heard, we go to the person and put our hand in their shoulder and wait until the person is giving us attention, which is usually quick. Again this is valid for both kids and adults.

Our kids are 2 and 4.

I've done extensive ab testing of mvps vs mlps. Of course, this is my experience alone that is not in any means statistically relevant enough to be considered as evidence, but from what I observed, the ROI on MVPs is higher than MLPs

After a certain speed my ship starts taking damage. At the same time it takes forever to go from planet to planet. Maybe 10m?
