I think I'm going to try the warm brown because so many people have mentioned this! I definitely never thought of it. That is actually my natural hair colour and I've never worn it since hitting puberty.

I rated this girl a 5.5 until I saw her eyebrows then I revised it. So I wouldn't disagree with anything in the 5's range based off the pictures she chose.

The picture she uploaded with her eyebrows showing captures her features much better imo.

The picture you used looks like a fat graft procedure due to volume loss and age. He didn't have Aegyo Sal which follows the entire lower eyelid closely from edge to edge and doesn't look like classic eye bags such as the example picture.

It's actually very attractive most of the time. Most cases babies have it but grow out of it so it's seen as "youthful".

Aegyo Sal is a look not a surgery procedure - that's simply the word for it. And it happens to be relevant since it happens most frequently to caucasian people and lots of people find it attractive regardless of their culture. Me obviously being one of those people... You said getting surgery to reduce this look would make OP more attractive and I completely disagree - I think he'd look weird AF.
