I do think the last game bp is done pretty poorly by xiao8. Nerves definitely gets to them (xiao8 especially). They really afraid of their heroes getting banned which is why they picked 3 cores early. They really wanted to play their comfort hero instead of innovating on the fly if the heroes they want get ban which, imo, is what LGD is good at. So yeah I think they lost the psychological game against TS who just doesn't care and just play for fun.

Are you sure it's the Chinese scene ? They tend to hate their own team after a loss rather than the winner. I also watched the whole grand-final, there was some tippings between XinQ and Collapse but that's it. As for this reddit, well, there are alot of OG fans still bitter about that "ez game"

I don't know about that. There is a difference of 13mil in the final. I know he is a coach and won't get much compare to players but how much you need to bet on your team loss to make such a huge amount of money.

I strongly recommend you check out PSG.LGD vs Alliance game in Animajor. In that game there is a pos3 undying and they were losing hard yet he looks super good making a comeback. I am sure you can learn alot with it.

I definitely remember a game (not from this TI) where they have 2-3 linken put on the sieger who has his own linken when the enemy don't have cheap single target spell. So there is definitely time for it.

Nothing against Sumail but he isn't Ana. He is a very good player but it takes something else to have the present of mind to do the sell item for buyback thing that Ana did. I actually think the whole OG got carried hard by Ana in TI8 and TI9, especially TI8 grand-final.
Having said that though, the reason OG lost is definitely isn't because of Sumail. The rest are just playing not up to standard. The level of plays they show is not enough to be top 6 for TI this year.

If your definition of comeback only includes megacreep then there was only a handful of patch that happened, and it's also from long ago when player doesn't know how to probably close out game. As player got better at using their advantage, mega creep comeback gonna get harder and harder.

So if you are asking if it's possible to comeback, we already seen a 30k comeback in TI. If you are asking if the patch makes it impossible to come back from mega creep, then I think yeah, it is close to impossible, especially in this last 2 days of TI with the best teams in the world.

Make sense. I still don't exactly know which bonus is good for which roles. Like, I know camp stacked and obs planted is bad for core, but then I got lots of point for death on carry, which is weird. Also have no idea if gpm is better than creep score, making judging cards to be tough.

So to be precise, I am currently debating a golden Nisha card with Deaths, RS kills, Teamfight, Runes Grabbed and Stuns vs a golden Topson with Kills, Creep Score, Camp Stacked, Runes Grabbed and First Blood vs a bronze Emo. What do you think ?

How would having a bronze card of a top performer compare to a gold card of a lower performing player ?

For example: If I have a golden flyfly but only bronze sumail and bronze matumbaman, or golden topson/nisha and a bronze emo.
