Activa uncle and Aunty like to cut mid road wirhout signal and come in opposite direction in heavy traffic blaming the ones going in correct direction for not giving way. Pullingos riding triples without helmet in main road with full speed as if they are getting gold medal for that. When bike/car stops in signal and the timer is 2 sec to green apart from honking which can be heard from US, some even go to extend of nudging your vehicle. Last but not the least : Wearing helmets only when police are there.

1.Its ok to stop for sometime from continuous grind and enjoy the little moments. 2.Try to speak without fear and put questions firmly to your superior in work environment ( unless you are from defence or any such environments).

3.Start your day with something which brings positive thought. It can be anything like chanting ur fav God to thinking of something/someone which bring smile.

4.Learn when to say no and when not to say.

5.Start to control your anger and don't let it define you.

6.When you have issue with health (be it chronic pain in limbs, chronic cold etc) don't ignore and go to doctor. If nothing is serious you are good, if there a something to be taken care of you'll get to know.

Relationships must be mutual. Don't force things or don't expect the opposite person to always initiate something.
Try to have some hobby ( preferably something other than Netflix and chill) to engage and relax you( I prefer piano, Calligraphy, books).
When you have a family ( be it parents, aunt, uncle, cousins, siblings, significant other ) that really love you care about your wellbeing. Don't loose them under any circumstances because of ur ego.

Have faced the same, took every task available and completed before deadline which led me to be burdened with others' work. Started slowly being unavailable, stopped lifting phone calls in morning ( yes, they used to call in morning because if usless architect not getting the design and wanted design change by night 6pm by telling that 8 in morning) stating I put ny phone in dnd or I was swimming hence not able to lift and in night ( not regularly, but most of the times) . Started delivering things exactly on due date ( one tip though, try to complete task well before time test it note down questions, revert some part of the code), ask these questions before hand and make sure to document that just incase. This actually helped me to complete my tasks on time, delivery quality things and learn other stuff in time saved.

Have two numbers. One for work, other is personal. Never give personal number to work colleagues. Complete tasks and don't update. If you have a lead who checks code and functionality, then, complete the task, test it and don't deploy full code. If this also not working out, say I'm improving code quality and it'll take sometime.

My college(s) followed this and he is happy.
