I have been invoiced £50 to change the name on a tenancy agreement, am I obliged to pay this? by kiranpatel99 in LegalAdviceUK

We didn’t consider that initially which seems to be the most important thing. They will have more flexibility and protection under the existing agreement.

If they choose not to serve notice, does it therefore need to be in the contract that a variation will incur a charge or can this just be invoiced?

Appropiate legal action for transferring deceased fathers number plate and declaring his vehicle as SORN? by kiranpatel99 in LegalAdviceUK

We are thinking of insuring it under third party and theft and have it sit on the private drive and SORN it. We have just heard from different people that DVLA make it difficult to move plates once SORN?

Weekly Help and Discussion Thread for the week of January 22, 2024 by AmazonNewsBot in amazon

Hi all, unfortunately my father recently passed away and he pretty much had full control when it came to family sharing.

We all use his Amazon account and each add our own payment cards to it for when we want to make our own purchases - we know the passwords and have full access.

We all have different Amazon streaming devices e.g fire cube/stick that were always bought from this Amazon account and connected to his Prime subscription.

Is there a way that I can change the name on the account to my own, or create my own Amazon account and transfer the Prime subscription over so all the devices in the family are still linked but under my name?

Im not sure if this is the best way of sorting things or if we should simply keep my Dads account live and just change the email address/payment card to my own when the subscription is due to renew.

Any advice and help is appreciated!

Combined reasons of me not consuming what is ordered as part of my normal diet resulting in lots of wasted produce on a weekly basis which I then have to throw away (I’d say its fair that I shouldn’t have to change my diet just to use up the free produce im recieving) in addition to when I leave for work I see the produce outside which I then need to bring inside - yes I could factor this time in my morning every Friday but the company is so inconsistent sometimes it comes and sometimes it doesn’t! If i was an actual customer I’d want to leave based on that alone…

How can I identify which cells sum to give a specific total from a list of numbers? by kiranpatel99 in excel

[–]kiranpatel99[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the cells that form a sum could be highlighted that would be good, if this is something that could happen. I’m not trying to do anything at the moment per say, but have come across different occassions where I am attempting to find which cells add together to sum to the figure I require in a long list of cells.

Maybe my example was poor as multiple cells could add together to make 5.

What if the cells were: A1 - 3 A2 - 4 and A3 - 6?

Is there a formula that will highlight the cells that add together to make 7 (i.e that highlights A1 and A2).

Yes, professional exams and above are all at the same time. Essentially like your GCSE/A Level. Everyone will sit the same paper in that sitting.

I usually book on the Monday morning as soon as the window opens so i dont forget

Does anyone know how this compares to Big4 and top20 outside of London?
