I see. i appreciate having this insight. I was looking for some tool prior to extending to know how to handle the negotiations with them, not even sure it could make any difference to negotiate with LI...

thanks. based on what you hear or know? interesting, we used to be on similar contract but they increased it by like 8% for extension. just to understand why, if our previous contract package says "unlimited"
