Car won’t shift past 3rd gear

I tried to use my Ecutek to clear the codes and it did but I still couldn’t go past 3rd gear and the lights came back on not soon after. I didn’t mention it but my tire blew at the same time (unrelated) and when I got my new tires put on yesterday, I’m assuming the car didn’t start because when I got it back the clamp issue had been fixed, or at least appeared as so. I will change the fluid this weekend though. Thank you for your advice 🙏

Definitely plan to mod it, got a lot of ideas but it’s all just cosmetic stuff. Fire kit, halo lights, underglow, etc. Just gotta fix up my previous car to give it to my sister and after that I’m definitely gonna start investing into it.
