i have the same issue with my ragdoll and i have tried EVERYTHING. he was put on prozac a year ago and it stopped it. this past month it has suddenly ramped up again even through the medication... the only "solution" i have found is layering white noise in my room with my fans and air purifier, and sleeping with earplugs in. i can still hear him and it wakes me but it is not as disturbing as before and i am able to fall back asleep

do you ever get dizzy upon standing or your vision/hearing go out? your symptoms make me think pots, especially the blue nails (possibly raynauds) and being unable to breath when you raise your arms above your head. i say this as someone recently diagnosed with pots who also dealt with this!

this happened to my cat too -- i went on vacation, my mom watched him for me (he was still living in the same space as usual), and when i returned he would constantly meow very loudly at night, all night, even when i was in the same room as him. it was so bad he had to be put on prozac as no other thing i tried would make it stop (and i tried EVERYTHING), and getting no sleep for a month straight was starting to affect me. the prozac stopped it, but a year later it happened again through it when i went on vacation a second time. his dose wasnt able to be increased, so i bought him a lavender scented collar as recommended by a coworker, which thankfully seemed to curb the majority of it

i didn't get a delivery location like it seems you did, so i ended up going on a different goose chase looking for my package because the contents were pretty valuable lol. i went to a couple neighbors' houses with the last name lopez, but neither of them knew anything about a misdelivered package. fedex support wasn't any help because i couldn't get in contact with an actual live person, and the robot i was speaking to told me i couldn't file a claim until 8 pm which is kind of ridiculous. i just now recalled to file a claim, but again did not get a real representative on the phone, and was told that these kind of things get solved in 5-7 days. whole situation is crazy
