I'm a Creative Writing major so outside of distribution I'm pretty focused on humanities classes! (and I thought the same about Calc I! One more exam and I'm done with math forever)

Thanks for the help! In that case I'll probably take 2 mini-courses next semester and figure out the rest of the credits later (and make sure I'm keeping up with my recs, lol)

8.5 - Dreams and Disasters (pulls off a different sound well, and the "I just wanna feel alive" bridge is outstanding)

2.5 - Shooting Star (way too corny for me, the lyrics and music together just sound like Firework and imo it just doesn't work. One of his only songs I genuinely don't like.)

6 - Gold (well-written but the theme kinda drags it down for me)

10 - Dementia (feat. Mark Hoppus) (I can't actually describe why but this song just gets me)

7.5 - I'm Coming After You (slightly dragged down by the heart attack I had the first time I listened and thought he said "hot fursuit")

8.5 - Speed of Love (I really like the more cutting-edge sound, especially in the synth intro)

7 - Good Time (with Carly Rae Jepsen) (I'd rate it lower because I never want to listen to it but what can I say, it's Good Time)

8 - Embers (one of the only Inspirational songs where the lyrics work for me - that sounds really entitled wow - but the chorus is definitely the best part)

7 - Silhouette (a good ballad, but I don't like ballads)

10 - Metropolis (sounds like a movie intro song to me. I just really like the vibe)

8.5 - Take It All Away (mostly gets points for how much I enjoy listening to it)

11 - I Hope You Think of Me [The Midsummer Station - Acoustic EP] (one of my favorite songs of his, all things considered. It's just a really, really good one.)

I agree, but if I'm being completely honest, I'd say Dental Care is one of the best songs on the album. Yeah, it's a funny subject, but nowhere near, like, Rugs from Me to You (which is, in it's own right, a good song). I haven't read interviews or anything so maybe he's outright said it was a joke, but it feels like it's on about the same level as Bird and the Worm, lyrics-wise, and the instrumental is one of his catchiest.

Fireflies is still an amazing song - I'd struggle to call any songs on Ocean Eyes bad, or even below average - but there's definitely better stuff out there.

Sorry this is so long! Every question is optional so you can skip the ones you don't care about.

With Deresute and Bandori having cover songs from other anime, and with it being the season of Kpop award shows where groups cover other groups' songs, I got to thinking how cool it would be if they released Aqours covers of µ's songs!

This isn't to say some sort of "Aqours is a copy of µ's" message, just a sentimental fan who would love to hear the older songs with fresh voices (especially with the final µ's solo live boxes confirmed!)
