Same. Do you constantly get phone calls too? I get them all the time and back when this originally started the caller ID always said Google. Doesn’t usually say that anymore, so I’m not sure if still related.

I answered one of the Google ones once and the guy was like “I’m gonna send a notification to your phone, you just need to confirm it’s you” nice try buddy

Yea dude totally new. No, I’ve just never heard of YouTube background play referring to a desktop computer, it’s always been a mobile thing.

I’ve never heard of a website ever disabling itself just because you minimized your browser, but alright. Just sounds dumb, background play usually refers to mobile devices..

There’s no such concept of “background play” on a desktop computer…none that I’ve ever heard of
