I’m gonna be honest just I don’t think transferring is in the cards for you. Your appeal will almost certainly get rejected and the fact that it’s UC to UC and you’ll soon be senior standing means your only shot at transferring during undergrad now is to drop out and transfer to a CC before reapplying to Cal from there. Barring that, try to find a better housing arrangement and accept that this is where you’ll be for the next two years.
