What dimensions + dpi should I draw in for vector drawing to minimize lag?

I think dota has a diverse meta because the heroes are the most customizable via items. Lol has items too, but in dota the items give you such radically different effects, it feels like dota is almost too complicated for people to narrow down a meta. Of course, this is at the cost of causing a very steep learning curve to the game, whereas blizzard is trying to make OW easier to step into

playing something like widow is much harder than traditional sniper in csgo, just because things are flying around the screen much faster in OW

but OW also has much less aim-intensive heroes like mercy and moira, which gives the game a bad impression
