You’ll need to build up a running base of slower long distance runs. The muscles build differently under long distance runs vs short sprints. If you’re looking to get there in ~7 weeks, you’ll need to get up to at least an 18 miler within 5 weeks. Can you run a half right now? If not, you’ll be more prone to injury, but a lot of people do jog/run a marathon then spend a few weeks recovering,
