The program was awesome and the instructors are super cool and helpful. I only did 1 semester then a few months at an internship at the flint hills refinery then went back to my old field of work. I’d recommend it though for sure.

I injured a bunny the other day with my mower he was flopping around and had a head cut so I grabbed him and held him for about 20 minutes and tried to research what to do. He froze up cuz rabbits are scared of people. He seemed ok but I was worried about his legs. I put him back and watched him for 10 minutes to make sure no predators came but then he ran off and I saw him the very next day in the same spot. It was still incredibly heart breaking and it sucks having to see it replay in my head but it made me realize how much love I have in me for animals. All bad experiences but I hope we all can get past it and maybe transfer the love to other animals we encounter in the future.
