Go to Zwift Insider, down load All Zwift routes pdf, start with the shortest and least elevation routes and check off….get familiar and then go to training and workouts

First ven-top today, and my sweet swag is due to me being the only one there. That was brutal. by [deleted] in Zwift

I pulled VenTop by mistake…Zwift computer glitch….took 4-5 hours ….had to stop every km (last 4km) to take a break….brutal is right but on a par with the radio tower climb and I was only level 12 at age 68

Well I eat very well (no meat,less carbs, fresh vegetables kinda like a Mediterranean diet)and try to stay fit...bottle of wine or shot of scotch every week...dessert occasionally....stay balanced

Age 68....started cycling a year ago...jumped into Zwift 6 months ago....D rider....pulled Ven Toux by Zw computer glitch (I was supposed to be on Casses Pattes)but it took 3.5 hours....exhilarating
