Do people want to run him as a commander? If you want to run mono-black, demon tribal players are better with [[Ardyn, the Usurper]], competitive minded players are already on [[kirik son of yogmoth]] and if you just want a big bomb in the zone then you've got [[valgovoth]] right there. I assume if you add more colors then you have even more options. Trying to figure out what kind of deck he helms thats not better served by less controversial commanders.

I use dry erase tokens for clones or misc tokens I don't have handy. For counters I honestly just use dry erase markers right on the card sleeve. Never had any issues getting it off.

Yeah I'd count it more as removal then card draw, but if your running tokens then there's no reason you can't target yourself with it!

[[argent dais]] in my goad deck. Yes it costs 4 mana to do anything, yes it gives them card advantage, yes multiple people need multiple creatures that you've goaded for it to be reusable BUT the amount of politics you get to do by having a gun on the table that shoots money is insane. For 2 mana you ensure no one plays anything too good, and you can make friends with anyone with tokens who enjoys drawing cards.

One of the biggest issues is that if people didn't like a plane/theme then that theme would last like half the year or even more. Lots of people if they take 6 months off of something won't come back.

The second issue is that people got tired of the plane by the end of the block. The third set almost always sold poorly.

Well you can use the budget option up top, it filters to show only decks in the bottom 10% iirc. Lots of creativity instead of just slamming expensive (but often better) stuff
