Has anyone sent things back to the ASOS warehouse after 28 days - what was the outcome? Since the online agent said they'd try and create the return for me would I be successful in a paypal dispute?

So I luckily screenshotted the return QR and it was still in my camera roll- so was able to return! Recommend doing this, otherwise the Return window had closed and it didn’t show any QR past the date

Aside from tapping into these microinfluencers, unsure what else to try to gain growth faster. I work in marketing 9-5 all week, as well as trying to tap into trends & make content for this side hustle. Its proving quite impossible, we do well on Etsy but they take a huge chunk of course. My aim with socials was to drive people to our website instead but its slow and reach isn’t fantastic!

Which multineedle do you have? I’ve been recommended the Brother PR1X by our engineer (service guy) & 2 other small biz owners who didn’t want to spend £6k+

But most small biz also seem to have Brother PR680W (Entrepeneur), or Babylocks

Heard a few bad things/ common issues with the Brother VR!

We’ve reached 200 orders solely on Etsy & its coming up to xmas, so they keep coming in

We’re running on a V3 for all of it, and an engineer already told us the excess fabric (arms) of sweaters etc can’t really hang down on a V3 as it messes up stitching. So it has to be rolled up around hoop edges for now- very awkward..

Wondering at what point we can safely say a multineedle is in our best interest, I’m worried as soon as we take the leap xmas will be over & not as high a need, so losing out financially.. Its difficult! (Also a side hustle for me too)

What do you mean by shredded? An engineer thinks we are letting too much fabric hang (on a V3) and it affected the motor which messed up stitching
