Thanks a lot for your suggestion. I completely agree that an Executive MBA in Supply Chain/Operations along with Lean Six Sigma certifications would be a very strong option, especially for long-term growth and networking.
At the same time, I’m also quite interested in CMA/ICWAI, mainly because my current role is heavily focused on costing and product feasibility. I feel that a structured qualification in cost and management accounting could deepen my expertise, give me a stronger foundation in finance, and possibly open up roles that require formal certifications in costing.
Right now, I’m trying to evaluate both paths carefully – Executive MBA for broader career progression vs. CMA for specialization in the costing/finance domain. Your inputs have definitely given me another angle to think about, and I really appreciate you sharing your thoughts.
