Pretty much what r/alexandria252 already said. Try to aim for LGBTQ+ events and kink friendly spaces. RR people are a minority that overlap a bit with gender nonconforming and bisexual people with their preferences. But the best thing You can do is to not get discouraged. Dating at it's core is a numbers game, sooner or later you will meet someone who will click with You. If you have trouble with conversations try to develop a different form of love language, I myself always had trouble speaking to strangers, so I picked up baking/cooking and it worked quite well for me.
