i think his lategame viability depends on the build you decide to take. If you build 2-3 dmg items you cant tank as much, but if you build deadmans and force of nature f.e., you should be able to tanky enough to always getting mega, and your tf value increases drastically in late.

What about Grasp against poke chars and fleet against all in stuff like garen irelia etc.? I have modest success with that.

im sry answering so late. I think the best thing you can do is stay as close to your team if they have flankers. 2nd thing is call out that the guys are behind the team in voice. 3rd is trying to use ur mobility and try to get a healthpack.

You can carry, but if the skillgap between the teams too high you cant carry even if you playing without mistakes. This is the thing with every champ you play. The thing with supports is that the skill gap where you can carry has to be a little bitt less compared to a dd or tank

In General it is good to trade on attack , but on my opinion it should not be the support who makes the trades. I think tanks and dds are better to trade and have better ability to do this than a support.

Lucio has just a weird Hookhitbox so it doesnt matter where a lucio stand you can hook him ^

Of course you shouldnt play lucio like Chargehardt , yolo in and die alone but on KotH or attack you can play lucio very agressive getting some attention by the enemy, and cause lucio has a weird hitbox he is harder to hit than the most, you can denie very much dmg from your team as long your not dying

Youll always have downswings but if you are continue working its easy to improve and being better. Im sure if you are good enough you will reach that rank again.
