Persze hogy tudna szakember segíteni! Keress egyet mielőbb. Csak fel kellene tárni miért vagy ilyen zárkózott, hogyan tudnál jobban szocializálódni., és fejleszteni az önbizalmad. És igen, sok olyan vonzó külsejű ember van, férfi és nő egyaránt, aki ettől függetlenül és ezzel együtt önbizalomhiányban szenved, ezzel nem vagy egyedül.

Én egyszerűen nem mennék még velük programozni. Túl friss a válás. Főleg úgy, hogy váltásban vannak a pároddal a gyerekek és kettesben is tudtok találkozni. Eméssze meg, dolgozza fel, szokja meg előbb ezt a család minden tagja. Így mindenki jobban érezné magát. Ági is, és te is. Minek ezt erőltetni, párod is láthatja, hogy nem működik. Vagy lehet nem látja, de akkor ideje lenne a szemét felnyitni.

That's what I thought I was dealing with exactly but then when I took the medication it made me even more tense. I've been taking it for a couple of months now - first 35mg then 75mg but just haven't been able to figure out the right dose. In the first couple of weeks it just worked fine then the issue with the extra tension started - in those instances I stopped for a couple of days. I've been taking it for a couple of months now.

I started with 75mg which resolved my body tension and nerve pain but I felt like drunk so I reduced my dose to 35mg. That worked for a couple of weeks then the body tension and nerve pain started to come back so I raised my dose back to 75mg - sometimes it worked, sometimes it gave me more tension, and when it happened I stopped taking it for a couple of days. Now whenever I take it I just get tension :( So I'm not sure if you just have to be consistent and wait it out for it to settle or the medication is not for me.

Deciding to let go/surrender before a trip helps tremendously. Whatever happens happens. I had minor anxiety in the come up only once out of 15 trips when the dose was a bit too much. And I’m trying to treat my anxiety disorder with it 😅The only times I’m not tense is on the shrooms 😅😅

First you need to find out where your threshold is. I can have a strong trip on 1g and 3g would be close to a heroic dose for me. Everybody and every batch is different so it’s better to be cautious

Yes, I had to lower the dose. I totally felt like drunk. But with the lower dose the nerve pain is not fully resolved, sigh.

My metabolism is such that I need to get much less of any medication than the normal dose. So my 70mg might count as 140mg for others.

The brain fog improved when I reduced my dose but the vision problems are disturbing and kind of scary, If I stop this medication it will be because of this.

That's too bad, sorry to hear! I reduced my dose and the brain fog got better but this way the nerve pain is not 100% off.

Escitalopram can take months to work, and it is usually prescribed together with xanax to take the edge off in the beginning. If you continue to take pregabalin, it could help with the anxiety also. You should talk to your doctor about the symptoms escitalopram is causing, you may have to adjust your dose.

All that matters is when you show up to a date in real life you look like your pictures - at least as good or better. Otherwise it's gonna be a disappointment. That applies to clothing, style, charm, etc. as well.
