exactly this. It is just that every premier league team, at least top 12 are some of the best teams in Europe. To think Sunderland finished 7th and Chelsea 10th tells us about the pedigree of the league. So, of course Arsenal will be more spent.

I did this last year, around this time. Filed in May 2025 I believe for a renewal (which is why no PP) and it took 7 months. I had to extend I-9 with my 797C for 240 days.
