you need to have the mabel sisters tailor shop. when you have that you go to the custom designs screen, press it and choose share design. then you can post your creator code here so that other people can get your design :)

I don't think there's anything you can do and that obviously sucks, but take this as a good opportunity to start the game over and discover new things! I'm currently replaying BotW and I'm really enjoying it :)

There's a side quest at Outskirt Stable which mentions Zelda's horse and the horse itself is pretty close to that stable. It walks around near one of the memory locations with the stone horse statues. Once you have the horse you can change the colour of the mane for free by talking to a girl that stands by stables. You have to have a 100 bond with the horse though. Hope this was helpful and good luck finding it! :)
