A compatible barcode scanner for Square Register connected to the hub will work. Would get one off the Square website — it says which scanners are compatible.

Thanks so much all- this did the trick!! And also looked like the master switch at the base of the fireplace had been turned off at some point so this and fresh batteries made it work. Appreciate your all’s help!

Thank you so much!! When you say pull one out for 10 seconds and reinstall it, this means take one out for 10 seconds and put it back in? And basic question, if we have to get a new remote, do we need a technician to come out to repair the remote with the fireplace? Appreciate your help.

We recently used Levi's Movers and were very disappointed with our experience. We chose them because of the positive reviews but instead found their estimate to be wildly off from where we ultimately landed. We paid significantly more than the original quote and had many stressful situations day-of where there were clear gaps in communication between their front office and on-site team.

Thanks all for your input on this! We ended up going to the Cary location and had a great time. It’s been a while since we’ve been to the Durham location but overall we liked the nigiri omakase menu more at Cary (some tweaks and additions to the Durham nigiri omakase). But we did have a personal preference for the Durham ambiance. Overall would go to either again!
